Understanding your car’s condition

We understand that buying a car online for the first time could be a little unsettling. That’s why we only sell cars that are either in excellent or great condition.

To help pick the vehicle that’s right for you, all our cars are labelled as either Excellent or Great. But what does that mean?

Excellent:

The car has been looked after really well- It's almost immaculate. Every part of the interior and exterior (Including the wheels) is in near-perfect condition. There will be little to no damage however the vehicle may have minor interior and exterior defects that require SMART* repairs, i.e., minor scratches or dents and minor replacement parts could also be required.

Great:

The car has been looked after really great, however, it may have had or require minor interior and exterior defects that require repairs, e.g. minor, chips scratches or dents, plus up to one major or minor body shop repair to an individual panel or bumper. The interior is very well-kept, with nothing missing! Overall it’s looking great.

Thanks to our partnership with Halfords, your car will be given a health check prior to delivery/collection, and you will be alerted of any minor serviceable repairs you may wish to consider making.

*SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) is the process of repairing a car using specialised tools, paint and materials on a localised damaged area.
