Our returns & refunds policy
We want to make sure that you end up with a car that you love. That’s why we offer free cancellation if you change your mind before delivery.
Once your car is delivered, you can still return it within 7 days, but this will incur fees. An additional charge of £1 per mile will apply for every mile that car has been driven over 250 miles in the 7-day return period.
So that we can keep offering the most competitive prices, we can only accept returns on cars that don’t meet the specifications that were provided to you on this website.
We can’t accept a return if the car has been modified, involved in an accident or is damaged or altered from the condition it was received in.
When your car is delivered, it’s important to familiarise yourself with the vehicle and refer to the specifications to double check everything is as you expected. We partner with Halfords, who will also talk you through your car’s condition, and discuss any minor serviceable repairs you may wish to consider making.
If you purchased your car using one of our finance options, you'll also need to call us in the first instance to discuss your return. We’ll advise you on your next steps.
